Biographie

Gary Strydom est un bodybuilder américain mais d'origine africaine car en effet, Gary est né à Durban. Il fait parti de la fédération IFBB. Dans les années 1990, Gary a décidé d'arrêter les compétitions et de faire un break. Il a récemment (après 10ans sans compétition) de reprendre celles-ci. Il s'est d'ailleurs placé 7è à sa dernière compétition en 2006 ("Colorado Pro Championships"). Il a créé sa propre marque de vêtements appelée "Crazee Wear" et enfin il a dernièrement lancé sa marque de suppléments alimentaires "SPS" (Strydom Professional Series). Dequoi alimenter son retour en compétition !
